A Healer's Healer...

Hello, it’s so wonderful to connect. For those who’d like to know a little about me, I would describe myself as a free-spirited, open-hearted, fun-loving woman who has experienced a glimpse of the heaven that lives within us all. From a young age, I have felt deeply connected to Spirit, receiving intuition and guidance from angels, spirit guides, God, my higher self, and the higher selves of others.

As I grew, my path gently shifted from religion toward a more personal and expansive spirituality. Seeking answers both from the world around me and the inner world within, I released the formal religion of my youth in my early twenties while holding onto the high-vibration truths I was guided to keep. I remain forever grateful to my parents and community for the foundation of love and spiritual understanding that would later support the work I offer today. I know the environment and upbringing I chose were not by chance, but part of the preparation for the path I now walk.

As a young mother in my early twenties, I began bringing books and spiritual studies into my life that would shape my future in ways I could not yet understand. I was especially drawn to teachings on past lives and soul remembrance. When I first encountered the work of Dr. Brian Weiss and Dr. Michael Newton, something within me stirred deeply. At the time, my husband and I were both in school, building our life and doing our best to make ends meet. Being involved in such work felt like a distant dream; one I hardly allowed myself to desire, even though my heart recognized it so strongly.

Standing in Light has always been central to my work. Where there is Light, there is no place for darkness. It is this Light of God, Spirit, and Higher Intelligence that flows through healing sessions, helping to release disturbances and restore balance within the energy, mind, body, and spirit. I was introduced to Reiki in high school and trained shortly thereafter. Since then, I have continued expanding my experience with various healing frequencies, including Reconnective Healing and Deeksha, while working closely with my guides, my higher self, the higher selves of clients, and the archangel realm.

About a decade later, the opportunity and inner call aligned. Guided by that which is All, I trained as a Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regressionist. Before my formal training, I had already been blessed with two personal regressions that opened my awareness to the depth of this work. During training, additional sessions deepened my understanding of my soul’s origin and purpose in this lifetime. These experiences were life-changing, and it became my heartfelt desire to support others in their own soul remembrance through hypnotherapy.

As my healing journey continued, I found that the more I worked with my own energy field, the more naturally my connection with Spirit expanded. Sessions evolved from energy healing into a blend of healing and message transmission. Often, guidance flows through during the healing space, offering insight and love from guides, angels, and loved ones. In 2017, I was introduced to vocal channeling, and in 2018, with the loving support of mentors and spiritual guidance, I began channeling messages from my spirit guides and The Council of Light.

It has been a beautiful and magical journey rooted in love. Knowing we are never alone, supported by our team in Spirit, held in God’s Light, and walking alongside other Lightworkers, is a blessing I am deeply grateful for.

Shortly after, I opened SpiritSchoolOnline.com, where I offer courses, energy activations, guided meditations, a library of channeled messages, and online community experiences. As my connection with my spirit guides deepened, I began sharing more of their messages. One way I share my story and these teachings is through books. I co-authored Messages from The Councils and channeled Activating the Starseed, both available in paperback, Audible, and Kindle formats.

In 2021, I released the Audible production of Activating the Starseed, which became an international bestseller on Audible and Apple Books. In 2022, I released The Ultimate Guide to Channeling, another bestseller, and launched the Spirit & Soul Healing Podcast.

In 2023, A Message for Starseeds and Lightworkers: The Council of Light Channeled was released, and The Sacred Healers' Circle began. In 2025, I was invited to NewReality TV, where I host and produce The Spirit & Soul Healing Show.
