Reiki -(Ray-Kee)
Reiki is a Japanese form of Healing and Relaxation Therapy that relaxes and revitalizes the client’s Mind, Body & Spirit. Reiki assists the client’s Body, Mind and Spirit into a place of relaxation and healing by Releasing Energetic Blockages, Balancing the Energy Centers, Opening Meridians, and offering Universal Life Force Energy.
What to Expect From a Treatment
During a session, the client stays fully dressed, removing only large pieces of jewelry and shoes. Benefits from a treatment may include Relaxation, Deep Peace, Relief of Discomfort or Pain, and Spiritual Insight.
During a traditional Reiki session the client lays comfortably on a table while remaining fully clothed. Practitioners work by placing their hands on the client’s body and in their Human Energy Field. Reiki Practitioners offer the life supporting Reiki energy through a series of hand placements that correspond to the endocrine system, major organs, and energy centers. While each session is unique to the client and their presenting needs, most report feeling a sense of warmth, coolness or tingling at the site being treated that leaves them feeling peaceful, relaxed and refreshed and with a greater clarity of mind.
How Does Reiki Work?

After a Session
After a session, clients may feel a number of ways. They may be refreshed, relaxed, and recharged. You may have some Spiritual Insight. Some may also feel the need to Ground. After a session, please do NOT drive until you Grounded. Please drink plenty of water after your session as this helps to flush out toxins. While Reiki may assist with healing and is used worldwide as a form of complementary medicine, it is not a replacement for medical care. Amy is not a doctor and encourages you to continue care with your medical team.

Reconnective Healing is a form of healing medicine that is here on the planet for the very first time. It reconnects us to the fullness of the universe as it reconnects us to the fullness of our beings and of who we are. It is considered to be able to reconnect us to the universe and to our very essence not just through a new set of healing frequencies, but through possibly an entirely new bandwidth. The reality of its existence has demonstrated itself clearly in practice as well as in science laboratories.
Reconnective Healing sessions are sessions that bring about balance, harmony and healing on multiple levels while releasing the need for structured energy

About The Oneness Blessing
The Oneness Blessing or Deeksha, as it's called in India, is a beautiful transfer of Divine Grace that creates a shift within our level of consciousness, raising our awareness and enlightenment.

Evolution in one’s consciousness manifests as changes in all spheres of our life – health, wealth, relationships & spiritual growth. Deeksha is given by the laying hands on the recipient’s head or sometimes through intent. In this case, the giver holds the receiver in his or her awareness for a few minutes and allows the Deeksha to flow. In this way, the Deeksha can be given at a distance of thousands of miles or to a large group of people all at the same time. Deeksha unfolds differently in every individual as it depends on what the receiver may need it most.
