About Your Hostesses
Amy
Amy is an international energy therapist, clairvoyant channel, teacher and author. Working closely with her team in spirit -Mother Earth, The Council of Light, and the Archangels, she has assisted thousands in their ascension process through private sessions, classes, retreats, and live broadcasts..
Amy is a Licensed Nurse, Past Life Hypnotherapist certified through the Newton Institute, Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive channel, Physical channel and co-founder of Spirit School. She specializes in working with the light body and assists other star beings and light workers in their awakening and activation process.
She feels a strong call to connect and unite others and lifting the vibration on Earth. Online Amy hosts monthly free community meditations and energy sessions at Spirit School and through the Light Collective. She is the curator of Instagram's @Raise.The.Vibe.Tribe offering daily inspirational messages and encouraging vibes to over 600K connections.

Lea Anne
Lea Anne will be guiding us through yoga and movement as we integrate the energy of transformation. She is a Reiki Master, Karuna Reiki Master, Thai Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Certified Level 2 DNA Repair Theta Practitioner, Experienced Crystal Healer, Holographic Sound Practitioner. She uses ancient healing techniques and intuitive healing abilities to practice her unique healing art. Lea Anne teaches Spirit School's Sound Therapy workshop and is a hostess of The Light Collective.
Lea Anne has assisted many clients in clearing away layers of conditioning, suppressed emotions, mental patterns, and energy blockages leading to healing the root cause of pain on the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual level. She understands all levels of healing so an individual can heal fully.
Lea Anne began her journey in 1987 learning about the human energetic system, vitamin therapy, herbs for healing and balance, essential oils, and homeopathy.
Lea Anne will be offering private Thai Massage and energy work for those that are interested in scheduling with her during our free times. This service is not included with the retreat registration and limited openings are available.

Our retreat is located near the sacred Mount Shasta in Northern California, one of the most potent healing vortexes on earth. They offer a beautifully intimate space for groups of up to 30 people to gather, rejuvenate and transform. It is just minutes away from the healing mineral baths of Stewart Mineral Springs Resort.
Enjoy the serenity and beauty of the natural surroundings.
A Variety of Accommodations
- Our A-frame cabin features 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths and 11 beds. It can sleep up to 14 guests.
- Our 22 -foot traditional Mongolian yurt sleeps 6 guests.
- Our 6 upgraded canvas glam-sites with comfortable beds sleep 1-3 guests in each site.
Over 10 Acres of Magical Land
Enjoy over 10 acres of sacred private land with a creek, labyrinth, healing art garden and outdoor spaces for forest bathing, walking, star gazing, meditation and yoga. Connect with nature and your inner light as you get back to your roots in the powerful energy of Mt. Shasta.

Due to the nature of lodging, this is a woman's only retreat.
Due to the global pandemic of 2020 our retreat is rescheduled for June 7th - 11th 2021.
- Investment of includes vegetarian meal options ( see a sample menu here), sleeping accommodations and activities including a private hiking tour of Mt. Shasta's vortexes and a time connecting with nature.
